I just took a look at the Idea Portal for the first time ever (Thank you!), and I like the idea “How many 5-star reviews to show a higher rating?” idea. We’re looking to embark on a “review campaign” in 2022 and I’ve been asked to set goals for each of our locations. A feature like that would certainly help to create goals in the future.

I would find it so so so helpful to be able to drag/drop text boxes into my custom reports so that I can explain the charts/diagrams, make observations about our data, etc.
